Suitgems vintage 1940's blazer/jacket

This totally cool vintage jacket is from the 1940's. By Suitgems for Thalhimers dept store in Richmond, Va. No fabric content tag. The fabric is a light year round weight. Possibly Acetate. Green, blue/navy & black. The lining feels like silk. Beautifully tailored. Button closure with 2 rows of black buttons. Front pockets with button detail. Double collar. Shoulder pads. It fits me and I wear a 4. It measures 22" long. 16 1/4" across the top of the shoulders. 23" sleeves. Laying flat seam to seam it's 18" across under the arms, 14 1/2" at the waist. It's in very good condition but does have a few issues. The seams under the arms where pulled and I repaired with small tight stitches. There are a few small/tiny spots of fabric damage. A couple spots on the sleeve that look like snags. There is also a wear spot on the bottom corner where it buttons down, just under the bottom button. You would need to look hard to find it. The lining is discolored under the arms.(last 3 photos)
