With the latest firmware, the FXPAK PRO (formerly known as the SD2SNES) supports almost all known expansion chips for the SNES, including Super FX (Star Fox, Yoshi's Island), Cx4 (Mega Man X2 and X3), and SA1 (Kirby's Super Star, Super Mario RPG). No other SNES flash cart on the market today has this feature. For the first time in history, Yoshi's Island romhacks that were made years ago only for emulators are playable on original hardware. This also allows playing things such as randomizers on original hardware for games such as Super Mario RPG which were only playable via emulation before.
