Size marked as 42 which is presumably European sizing, which should equate to a US 12, however it seems like it would fit more like an 8 or 10.
Across the chest from armpit to armpit measures 16.5”
Shoulder to bottom hem measures 35”
These dresses typically retail for $1000+, and on a luxury resale site it’s listed at $168 (see last photo).
In very good condition with only a few very tiny flaws - see yellow circles in closeup pics.
