Basically, after an order is placed, I will open a new, unopened box of the genuine product, remove the minifigure, place it in a protective case, wrap it in bubble wrap, and ship it.
Cancellations after purchase due to personal reasons are generally not possible for these reasons.
If you wish to cancel, you can do so by paying 30% of the current price of the set the minifigure came from (as referenced from the LEGO official website), not the selling price of the minifigure itself.
