The size notation is based on the tag notation + the general size feeling for Japanese men as the actual size feeling.
Vintage clothing often has significant differences from Japanese size standards due to aging, overseas notations, and tailoring, so please consider this as a reference.

-Measurements-
Shoulder width: From the tip of the seam of the left and right shoulders
Body width: From the edge of the seam under the left and right armpits
Length: From the seam at the back collar to the hem edge
Sleeve length: From the shoulder seam edge to the sleeve edge
Sleeve length (裄丈): Straight line from the center of the back collar seam to the shoulder seam + from the shoulder seam to the sleeve edge
(For raglan sleeves, shoulder width and sleeve length cannot be measured, so sleeve length is listed)

We basically select items in good condition, but the feel of the fabric and the way it is worn may vary depending on the individual.
